CNC Operator

A reputable manufacturing company in Mombasa is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required, as we are willing to provide on-the-job training. However, candidates must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines as needed
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed
- Maintain accurate production records

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operation preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month, along with accommodation for out-of-town employees. We also provide biometric passports for international travel if needed.
