Sales Representative - Mombasa, Kenya
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services in the city of Mombasa. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential and existing customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role in the Mombasa area
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade others
- Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month plus commission based on performance.
