Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for increasing hotel revenue through sales initiatives and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential customers, including tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and travel industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
The job is located in Mombasa, Kenya. While Kenyan nationality is preferred, applicants from other countries with relevant experience are also welcome to apply.
