Part-Time Concierge in Mombasa, Kenya

As a part-time concierge in Mombasa, Kenya, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents at our luxury property. You will assist with a variety of tasks including guest check-ins, reservations, coordinating services and amenities, and providing recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while earning extra income.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents with a warm welcome upon arrival
- Check-in guests and provide them with necessary information about their stay
- Assist with reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as needed
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready for check-in
- Provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants based on guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1400 per month (based on 20 hours/week)
