Part-Time Concierge in Mombasa, Kenya



We are seeking a friendly and organized part-time Concierge to join our team in Mombasa. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with various tasks such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local activities and attractions.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the establishment
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the local area
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and other activities as requested by guests
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Keep track of guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, events, and activities based on guest preferences
- Handle any complaints or issues that may arise during a guest's stay
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of the local area and popular attractions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational skills
- Friendly demeanor and ability to work well with others

Benefits:
