Machine Operator (Eldoret, Kenya)



We are a manufacturing company in Eldoret, Kenya seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This is a full-time position and is suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain assigned machinery, including set-up, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Keep detailed records of machine maintenance and production output
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating industrial machinery
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
