Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret! As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines used in production. Your main duties will include loading and unloading materials, monitoring machine operations, and performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of how machines work and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be able to follow instructions accurately. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production schedules
- Load and unload materials into machines
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
