Entry-Level Truck Driver


We are seeking a hardworking and responsible entry-level Truck Driver to join our team in Eldoret. As an entry-level driver, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and training while working alongside experienced professionals. Your main responsibility will be safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in adherence to all traffic laws and company policies
- Load and unload goods onto the truck following proper procedures
- Plan routes and ensure timely deliveries
- Inspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any issues or damages
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery logs
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Ability to pass a drug test and physical examination
- Strong communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Prior experience in truck driving is not required but preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month, with potential for growth depending on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Eldoret, but may require occasional travel within the country for deliveries.
