We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Eldoret. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and excellent customer service abilities. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members
- Create work schedules and assign duties to employees
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
- Create marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
