Sales Representative
Our company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling products or services to customers, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Meet or exceed agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Keep track of sales trends and report on performance to management
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role preferred but not required
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with different types of customers
- Must be self-motivated, target driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- High school diploma; college degree preferred but not required
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month.

This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya.
