Job Title: Instrument Technician


We are in search of a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments used in industrial and manufacturing settings. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions, performing routine maintenance checks, and ensuring that all instruments are calibrated properly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair various types of instruments used in industrial and manufacturing settings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance checks on instruments
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to identify solutions to complex issues
- Follow all safety protocols while working with hazardous materials
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues

- Familiarity with calibration tools and techniques
