Radio Technician
Location: Eldoret, Kenya


We are currently seeking a Radio Technician with experience in maintaining and repairing radio equipment. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs and maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of all radio equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose technical issues with radio equipment and determine appropriate solutions
- Perform repairs and maintenance on radio equipment as needed
- Test and calibrate new or repaired equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Keep detailed records of all repairs, maintenance, and testing performed
- Stay up-to-date on new technology and advancements in the field of radio communications
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Provide training and support to users on operating radio equipment effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification or associate's degree in electronics or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of radio equipment, including transmitters, receivers, antennas, etc.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and tools for identifying technical issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: 1800$
