Office Assistant
The office assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This position is part-time with a salary of 1000$ and is located in Eldoret.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain files, records, and documents
- Manage inventory of office supplies and order new supplies when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
