Office Assistant (Entry-Level)
Location: Eldoret, Kenya
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Eldoret. As an entry-level position, this is a great opportunity for freshers looking to gain experience in the professional world. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to our office staff, managing office supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently
Salary: $1200 per month
