Seasonal Waiter/Waitress - Eldoret, Kenya



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Seasonal Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a renowned restaurant in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Seasonal Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant with a friendly demeanor
- Present menus, make recommendations, take orders, and answer questions regarding menu items
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to guests' requests
- Check on guests regularly throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, utensils, and dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned by the management

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this seasonal position.
