Junior Barber


We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Barber to join our team at our busy salon in Eldoret. As a Junior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is just starting their career as a Barber and is eager to learn from experienced professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide haircuts and grooming services to clients according to their preferences and desired styles
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and techniques in hair cutting and styling
- Maintain excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist senior Barbers with tasks as needed
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a barbering program preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Passion for the art of barbering

Salary:
This is a contract job paying 1100$ per month.

Location:
The position is based in Eldoret, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.

Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours, with the possibility of working evenings or weekends.
