Junior Barber


We are in need of a skilled Junior Barber to join our team at our busy barber shop located in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Junior Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and consulting with clients on their desired haircuts and styles
- Perform various barbering services such as haircuts, beard trims, and shaves with attention to detail and precision
- Keep workstations clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Barber preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
