Junior CAD Draftsman

We are hiring a Junior CAD Draftsman to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Junior CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches and specifications provided by engineers and architects
- Utilize computer-aided design software to produce accurate and high-quality drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Make necessary revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from team members
- Maintain organized records of all drawings and related documents
- Adhere to company standards and procedures for drafting and design work

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in drafting or related field preferred
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and understand project requirements

This position is suitable for men who have an interest in technical drawing and are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the field. We welcome candidates without prior experience, as we provide on-the-job training. However, basic knowledge of drafting principles is preferred.
