Female Industrial Painter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Female Industrial Painter to join our team in Eldoret. As a Female Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes and other finishes to various industrial surfaces. Your main goal will be to ensure that all surfaces are coated and painted according to specifications, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shade or color
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smoothness of paint on surfaces
- Inspect finished work for any imperfections and make touch-ups as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to avoid accidents or injuries
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of various painting techniques
- Ability to mix colors and match shades
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time-management skills
