Factory Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machines in our factory to produce high-quality products. Your main goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate factory machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running correctly
- Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Keep detailed records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues that occur

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a factory setting
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining different types of factory machines
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects or malfunctions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed

We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa and ticket for our employees.
