Factory Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in our production facility. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor factory machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Inspect machines for any malfunctions and perform basic maintenance when needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines to minimize downtime
- Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols
- Keep accurate records of production data and machine maintenance logs
- Train new employees on machine operations as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and efficiency

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical training or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
