Factory Machine Operator



We are a manufacturing company located in Eldoret, seeking a skilled and motivated Factory Machine Operator to join our team. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machines to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor factory machines to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Set up machines according to production specifications and adjust settings as needed
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality standards
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Record production data and report any issues or concerns to management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Familiarity with different types of machinery such as lathes, mills, drills, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime when needed

Preferred:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Technical training or certification in machine operation
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to operating machinery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
