We are currently hiring for the position of Puncher in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes or shapes in metal or plastic materials using specialized equipment such as punch presses, hand punches, and drill presses.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$, which includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with no specified duration. The length of the contract will depend on project requirements and your performance.

Experience Required:
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Prior experience in using punch presses and other related equipment is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings to determine hole or shape specifications.
- Set up and operate punch press machines to punch holes or shapes according to specifications.
- Use hand punches or drill presses for smaller jobs.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines and perform basic maintenance when necessary.
- Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Puncher or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of punch presses, hand punches, drill presses, and other related equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
