We are seeking a skilled Shaper to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Shaper, you will be responsible for shaping various materials such as wood, metal, or plastic into specific forms and sizes. You will use hand and power tools to cut and sculpt materials according to blueprints or specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. Accommodation will also be provided. This is an urgent job, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shaper or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of different types of materials and their properties
- Attention to detail and precise hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or technical drawings to determine shape and size requirements
- Select appropriate tools and materials for each project
- Use hand tools such as chisels, saws, planes, and sanders to shape materials
- Operate power tools such as drills, grinders, and routers
- Measure, cut, shape, and smooth materials according to specifications
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Maintain equipment in good condition
- Follow safety procedures at all times
