Part-Time Adjuster



The position of Part-Time Adjuster in Eldoret is a great opportunity for experienced professionals looking for flexible working hours and visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough investigations into insurance claims, including interviewing witnesses, collecting evidence, and reviewing policy terms and conditions
- Assess the validity of claims by analyzing documentation, medical records, and conducting site visits
- Determine the value of losses by calculating depreciation, replacement costs, and other factors
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all claim activities and communicate updates to relevant parties
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an adjuster or a similar role in the insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to assess information accurately
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficient in using computer systems and software related to claim processing

Working Hours:

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. You will be required to work 20 hours per week.

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
