Entry-Level Miner in Eldoret, Kenya

Our mining company is seeking an entry-level miner to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. Previous experience in mining is not required, as we will provide on-the-job training. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for non-Kenyan nationals. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, drilling, and blasting in underground mines
- Operate and maintain mining equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required
