Location: Eldoret, Kenya



We are in search of a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machines to perform various machining functions. This is a contract job with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints to determine machine setup and specifications
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, milling, turning, and cutting operations
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments when needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain machinery by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required; technical certification or degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings/blueprints
- Strong working knowledge of CNC programming and operation
- Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
