Experienced Body Repair Master in Eldoret, Kenya


We are searching for an experienced and skilled Body Repair Master to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to their original condition and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Remove damaged parts and repair or replace them as necessary
- Straighten bent frames and structural components using specialized equipment
- Weld and solder damaged metal panels
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the vehicle's original color
- Perform final quality checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly
- Communicate with customers to explain repairs and provide cost estimates
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in challenging situations
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers, colleagues, and suppliers

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
The job is located in Eldoret, Kenya. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but preference will be given to those who already have a valid work visa for Kenya.

Experience:
Previous experience in body repair is required for this position. We are looking for someone who has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.

Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Additional technical training or certification in auto body repair is preferred.
