We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition using various tools and techniques. You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones
- Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
- Weld or bond replacement parts into place
- Sand, buff, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle's surface
- Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure they are functioning properly
- Keep detailed records of repairs made and materials used

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals
- Attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
