Part-time Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Eldoret. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth functioning of all administrative tasks. This position requires experience in office management and proficiency in handling biometric passports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff
- Maintain records and databases
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, bookkeeping, and budget tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with biometric passports preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1200 per month (pro-rated)
Location: Eldoret (residency in Kenya preferred)
