Seasonal Concierge in Eldoret

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasonal Concierge to join our team in Eldoret. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with their needs during their stay. This is a temporary position with flexible hours and no experience is necessary. We offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Offer refreshments to guests as they wait in the lobby
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Friendly personality with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of local area attractions and services
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is a seasonal position paying $1600 per month.
