Machine Operator


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Malindi. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machines to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to instructions and specifications
- Monitor the production process and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance as necessary
- Keep track of inventory levels and order materials when needed
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with specific types of machinery (e.g. CNC machines, printing presses, etc.)
- Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Malindi. While we prefer local candidates, we are open to considering applicants from other areas who are willing to relocate.
