We are in need of a skilled Cashier to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash handling and basic math skills. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process all cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets to customers
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Keep track of all cash transactions using POS system
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with electronic equipment like POS systems, card readers, etc.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
