Your role will also involve creating and implementing strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient service delivery
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Create budgets and monitor expenses to ensure profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant for a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Address customer complaints promptly and ensure their satisfaction with resolutions
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality products at competitive prices
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotions or special events to attract customers

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, suppliers,and management
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, cost control,and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends,and holidays
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
