Sales Representative in Malindi, Kenya
We are hiring a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through various methods including telephone calls and emails
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within schedule
- Analyze the marketβs potential, track sales and status reports
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role (experience in the automotive industry is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills
- High school diploma; BS/BA degree would be a plus
Salary: The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Working hours: This is a full-time position with standard working hours.
