We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating cranes and must possess a valid crane operator license. This is an urgent job opportunity with accommodation provided. Kenyan nationals are preferred, but candidates with their own visa will also be considered. The salary for this position starts at $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes according to job requirements
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of the crane at all times
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the crane and report any malfunctions or damages
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while operating the crane
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operation of lifting tasks
- Keep accurate records of materials lifted, distances traveled, and hours worked
- Assist in loading and unloading materials onto trucks or other vehicles as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator license/certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating cranes in a construction or industrial setting
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to crane operation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
