Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress in Malindi, Kenya

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Entry-Level Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Malindi. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is pleasant and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely manner
- Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Take payment and process orders through the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1200$ per month with accommodation provided. Free visa and ticket also included for non-Kenyan candidates.
