House Maid - Full Time with Accommodation (Malindi, Kenya)



A house maid is required for a full-time position in Malindi, Kenya. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep and cleaning of a household, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, doing laundry, and washing dishes. They must have a good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.

Accommodation will be provided as part of the salary package. This is an ideal opportunity for a fresher looking to gain experience in housekeeping and domestic work. The candidate must be physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the household, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and kitchen
- Vacuuming carpets and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture and other surfaces
- Doing laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean
- Changing bed linens and making beds
- Keeping track of cleaning supplies and reporting when they need to be restocked
- Running errands as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or domestic work is a plus but not required
- Good communication skills in English or Swahili
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.

Location:
This job is located in Malindi, Kenya.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Weekends may occasionally be required depending on the needs of the household.
