Our restaurant in Malindi is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment according to health and safety standards
- Sort, stack, and store clean dishes in appropriate areas
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
- Keep dishwashing area clean and tidy at all times
- Empty trash containers regularly
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and notify manager when replenishment is needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, on-the-job training provided
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills and able to work well with others in a team environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
