Tutor for Students in Malindi


We are hiring a Tutor to work with students in Malindi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and helping students reach their academic goals. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. As a tutor, you will be responsible for developing lesson plans and teaching materials, as well as providing one-on-one or group instruction to students. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs. We are looking for someone who is patient, organized, and dedicated to academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on the curriculum
- Provide one-on-one or group instruction to students
- Assess student's progress and provide feedback
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student's performance
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning
- Collaborate with other tutors or teachers when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with students in an academic setting (tutoring experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of subject matter (Math, English, Science, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Patience, empathy, and understanding of different learning styles
- Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process
- Organizational skills and ability to create lesson plans and materials
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
