Job Title: Gardener


We are looking for a skilled Gardener to maintain and enhance the gardens of our clients in Malindi. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for planting, watering, pruning, and weeding plants and flowers. You will also be required to maintain the overall appearance of the garden by mowing lawns, raking leaves, and removing debris. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in gardening and is knowledgeable about various plant species and their care requirements. The ability to work independently and with a team is essential as you may be working on multiple gardens at once. Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and weeding plants and flowers
- Mowing lawns, raking leaves, and removing debris
- Maintaining the overall appearance of the garden
- Identifying plant species and their care requirements
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Maintaining garden equipment
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific gardening needs
- Working independently or as part of a team on multiple gardens

Requirements:
- Prior experience in gardening or landscaping
- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects
- Attention to detail to ensure the garden looks well-maintained at all times
- Good communication skills to understand client needs and provide recommendations
- Ability to work independently or with a team depending on the task at hand

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this role.

Location:
This position is based in Malindi but is open to all nationalities who are legally able to work in this location.
