We are in need of a skilled Mason to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures using various materials such as brick, concrete, and stone. Your work will contribute to the overall appearance and functionality of buildings and other structures.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience as a Mason and possess a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials. You should also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or plans to determine layout and specifications
- Prepare building surfaces by chipping, scraping, or cleaning them
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using hand or power tools
- Lay bricks or other materials in horizontal layers with mortar joints
- Cut or trim bricks or blocks to fit around obstacles or into desired shapes
- Align structures using plumb lines, levels, or squares
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and building codes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason for at least 3 years
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Physical strength and stamina
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Own visa for employment in Malindi

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this full-time position.
