Job Title: Experienced Mason in Malindi, Kenya

We are in need of an experienced Mason to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone or other materials using various tools and techniques. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in masonry work and be familiar with local building codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings to determine materials required and plan construction procedures
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to plans
- Mix and apply mortar or other adhesives to bind bricks or stones together
- Cut or shape materials to fit specific forms using hand or power tools
- Repair or restore damaged structures using appropriate materials and techniques
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and meets quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason with excellent knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
