We are in need of a skilled Baker to join our team in Malindi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be required to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bakery, as well as ensure that all products meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Ensure that all ingredients are accurately measured and used in correct proportions
- Adhere to strict food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor ovens and adjust baking times as needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Proficient in using various baking tools and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and make adjustments when needed
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and regulations
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if necessary

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1800 per month.
