Housekeeper (Malindi)
A luxury resort in Malindi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month, plus benefits such as free visa and ticket. We welcome candidates without prior experience, as we are willing to train the right candidate. This role is open to all genders, but we especially encourage women to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities
- Keep track of inventory and report any necessary supplies or repairs
- Respond to guest requests in a timely manner
- Follow safety procedures and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Requirements:
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing stairs

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Certification in housekeeping or related field
