Entry-Level Industrial Painter


We are hiring an Entry-Level Industrial Painter for our company in Malindi. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking
- Apply coatings using various techniques such as spraying or rolling
- Ensure proper thickness and coverage of coatings
- Inspect finished product for quality and make any necessary touch-ups
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding project progress

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Hand-eye coordination and dexterity for precise painting work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of painting tools and techniques is preferred but not required

This position does not require prior experience or accommodation. We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with free visa and ticket for suitable candidates.
