Industrial Painter

Our busy industrial painting company in Malindi is seeking a skilled and reliable Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial or industrial settings and possess a strong attention to detail. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and filling cracks/holes
- Apply paint using various tools and techniques such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed while working with potentially hazardous materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as an industrial painter preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Compensation:
This part-time position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for candidates who do not reside in Malindi. We also offer free visas and tickets for qualified candidates.
