We are seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments and other textile products according to customer specifications. You will be expected to have strong sewing skills and the ability to work with various types of fabrics and materials.

Responsibilities:
- Interpreting and following patterns, designs, and instructions accurately
- Measuring, cutting, and sewing fabric pieces together to create garments or other textile products
- Operating and maintaining sewing machines and other tools effectively
- Making alterations or repairs to finished products as needed
- Ensuring all finished products meet quality standards
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Excellent sewing skills with the ability to work with different fabrics and materials
- Knowledge of various sewing techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret patterns, designs, instructions, etc.
- Good communication skills in English (Swahili is a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, etc.
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Contract job:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. Suitable for men who have their own accommodation in Malindi or are willing to relocate.
