Blast Furnace Operator

We are hiring a Blast Furnace Operator for our steel manufacturing plant in Malindi. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace to produce molten iron for steel production. This is a contract job that offers a salary of $1500 per month. This job is suitable for men with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blast furnace equipment
- Adjust temperature and gas levels to maintain proper melting conditions
- Monitor and regulate flow of materials into the furnace
- Inspect equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain proper records of production and equipment maintenance
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot, industrial environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
