As a Puncher, you will be responsible for making small holes or indents in metal or other materials for various construction projects. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has experience with precision tools.

Responsibilities:
- Use precision tools to create small holes or indents in metal or other materials according to project specifications
- Follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors to ensure accuracy and quality of work
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain and clean all punching equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within designated timeframes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Puncher in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of precision tools and their uses
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for extended periods of standing, bending, and lifting
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
